We offer visits to the vineyards of Central Šumadija, as well as participation in grape harvesting and the wine production process. Just a few steps away from our estate lies the Zmajevac winery, whose vineyards contribute to the beauty of our property.

Our cottage is nestled like a hidden gem in the heart of Šumadija, in Lipovac, offering our guests the opportunity to fully enjoy a natural oasis. Situated among the forests of Central Šumadija with a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards and the picturesque Oplenac in the distance, our cottage offers peace and tranquility, a true escape from urban hustle and bustle.

A fantastic view from the terrace allows our guests to enjoy spectacular sunsets while sipping coffee or tea.

Wine Valley Villas cottage in Lipovac offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in nature, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and modern bathrooms. The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for exploration, including walks along the paths of Central Šumadija, cycling, or exploring nearby monasteries and wineries. Nearby is the site of the First Serbian Uprising, as well as the mountains Bukulja and Venčac, making our location ideal for discovering the rich history and natural beauty of Šumadija.
